Precious Waldon is the dedicated Program Manager at Family Ties Empowerment Homes, where she applies her deep clinical knowledge as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). Her multifaceted experience spans crisis intervention, patient advocacy, and the development of integrated treatment plans across various healthcare environments. Known for her excellence in intake management and behavioral health delivery, Precious is passionate about connecting families with essential community support systems. She is currently expanding her clinical expertise as a social work candidate at the University of Phoenix. Her leadership and academic integrity are distinguished by her membership in the Phi Alpha Honor Society and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Focused on transforming behavioral health outcomes, Precious is deeply committed to nurturing the recovery and inner strength of every young resident. Through her visionary leadership, she ensures that each girl at Family Ties receives the heart-centered guidance and practical tools required for enduring social and emotional stability. Her unwavering devotion to community service and professional excellence defines the high standard of compassionate care provided at Family Ties Empowerment Homes.

SHAMEKA WOODLEY CEO/FOUNDER, QMHP, REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECH, BHS the Founder of FAMILY TIES YOUTH EMPOWERMENT HOMES.

My passion for serving youth has been shaped by years of working in behavioral health and caring for children through foster care. Throughout my journey, I have witnessed the resilience of young people and the life-changing impact that support, stability, and genuine care can have on their future. I founded Family Ties Youth Empowerment Homes with a vision to create a safe and nurturing environment where youth can overcome challenges, develop confidence, and realize their full potential. My commitment is to ensure that every young person who enters our program is met with compassion, respect, and opportunities for growth. I believe that when we invest in our youth, we strengthen families, communities, and future generations.

Shameka Woodley

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Shameka Woodley is a dedicated behavioral health professional, entrepreneur, advocate, and community leader with a passion for empowering youth and strengthening families. With years of experience serving children, adolescents, and families through behavioral health services, she has committed her career to creating safe, supportive environments where young people can heal, grow, and reach their full potential.

As the Founder and CEO of Family Ties Youth Empowerment Homes, Shameka's vision is rooted in the belief that every young person deserves stability, guidance, opportunity, and a place where they feel valued. Her experience working with youth and families, combined with her commitment to service and advocacy, inspired her to establish programs that focus on empowerment, personal growth, life skills development, and long-term success.

In addition to her leadership in behavioral health, Shameka is pursuing a Master of Social Work degree and continues to advocate for innovative solutions that improve outcomes for youth and families throughout Virginia.

Through Family Ties Youth Empowerment Homes, her mission is to provide compassionate leadership, promote positive youth development, and help young people build brighter futures filled with purpose, confidence, and hope.
